We ask those of you joining us in worship, whether a visitor or regular attendee online to fill out this Connect Card so that we'll know you were here.  This helps us track attendance and stay in touch . . . we want to connect with everyone in our church family even when we can't be together in person!

You may also use this card to submit prayer requests.  Conley's has an active prayer team that prays for every request we receive.
